Each crew should use its assigned Expedition number (623-K-nn) on any correspondence with the Council or Philmont. Mail addressed to crew members must include the Expedition number.
Please make three copies of the Crew Roster form. One will be kept at the Scout Office, one will be with the Contingent Advisor, and the third should be kept by the Crew Advisor. These forms provide a checklist of the documents needed for each participant and provide emergency contact information. Click on the button below to display the Crew Roster form:
