Meeting Information

As Contingent meetings are held, the information from them will be listed on this page.

This meeting will be held Thursday, May 23, 2002 at Tarrytown United Methodist Church.  The meeting is in Perry Hall at Tarrytown United Methodist Church (see map below) and will begin at 7:00 pm.  AT LEAST ONE ADULT ADVISOR FROM EACH CREW MUST ATTEND.  The purpose of this meeting is to distribute the duffle bags and other information to each crew and to turn in all the crew's required paperwork.  Check the Advisor Checklist for the information relative to your crew and its participants that must be turned in at this meeting.  Crew leaders should also review their crew rosters on this website and make sure they are complete (including Crew Leader and Chaplain's Aide names).

Third Organizational meeting:

This meeting was held Wednesday, February 6, 2002 at Tarrytown United Methodist Church.  This meeting reviewed the status of the crews, reviewed the travel schedule, discussed the March itinerary selection process, and updated the status of each crew in the contingent.

Second Organizational meeting:

This meeting was held September 19, 2001 at Tarrytown United Methodist Church.  The meeting covered many of the important aspects of the trek.  Click on the link on the left to see the meeting agenda items and materials presented.

 

First Organizational meeting:

This meeting was held March 21, 2001 at Tarrytown United Methodist Church.  The overall organization of the trek was discussed and payment requirements and the payment schedule was discussed.  Click the link on the left to see the meeting agenda items and materials presented.


 

Most contingent meetings are held at Tarrytown United Methodist Church which is located at 2601 Exposition Blvd, west of Mopac and between the Westover Road and Windsor Road exits.  Because of the size of the meetings, they are often held in either Room 208 or Perry Hall but this will be announced in the meeting notices.
