As Contingent meetings are held, the information from them will be listed on this page.

Final Organizational meeting:

The final meeting for the 2004 Contingent was held Thursday, May 20, 2004 at 7:00 pm.
Duffle bags, topographic maps, and Crew Advisor information were distributed.

Second Organizational meeting:

For the 2004 trek, the second organizational meeting was held Wednesday November 5, 2003. All crews were represented. Check the link to the left for copies of the information presented.

First Organizational meeting:

For the 2004 trek, the first organizational meeting was held Wednesday March 5, 2003. All crews were represented and it was a very good meeting with a lot of dialog. Check the link to the left for copies of the information presented.

Meeting Location:

Most of our organizational meetings will be at Tarrytown United Methodist Church in Austin. Because of the number of people attending, they are often in Room 101 a/b. This room is on the lowest level of the new education wing. Use the entrance on McCullough and the room will be on the north side of the lowest or "basement" level of the wing. Meeting notices will specify the exact location.

Tarrytown United Methodist Church is located at 2601 Exposition Blvd. It is west of Mopac Blvd. and between the Westover Road and the Windsor Road exits.
