Crews have selected the itineraries shown above as their itinerary choices. No two crews should select the same 1st choice within their arrival date group (unless they desire to be "sister" crews) -- requests will be honored by Philmont on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please complete the Crew List form and give to the Contingent Contingent Advisor as soon as possible but absolutely no later than the final Contingent meeting. The Crew Advisor should also keep a copy of the form with the Crew documentation. This form provides emergency contact information for the participants. Paperwork Status:

As the contingent gets close to departure time, the paperwork becomes critical. Crew Advisors, please get the paperwork turned in as early as possible!
