Final Contingent Organizational meeting:
The final
organizational meeting was held Wednesday, June 13, 2006 at Tarrytown
United Methodist Church. The
purpose of this meeting was to:

Review schedule/travel
information.

Distribute duffle bags.
-
Distribute sectional maps (if they
have been received from Philmont).
-
Distribute final parent
information/contact sheets.
-
COLLECT ALL OUTSTANDING CREW
PAPERWORK! Note:
This is the last opportunity to turn in crew paperwork.

Answer any questions.
At least one adult leader from
each crew was required to attend this meeting and pick up the box containing
the crew's duffle bags and sectional maps.

First Organizational meeting:
For the 2006 trek, the first organizational meeting
was held Wednesday March 23, 2005. The meeting was from 7:00 until 9:00
pm in Room 101a/b at Tarrytown United Methodist Church in Austin. Topics that

Meeting Location:
Most of our organizational meetings will be at
Tarrytown United Methodist Church in Austin. Because of the number of people
attending, they are often in Room 101 a/b. This room is on the lowest
level of the new education wing. Use the entrance on
McCullough (through the breezeway between the new and old sections).
Enter the new education wing and take the elevator or stairs down to the lowest or "basement"
level. 101 a/b is on the north side of the hallway. Meeting notices will specify the
exact location. Tarrytown
United Methodist Church is located at 2601 Exposition Blvd. It is west
of Mopac Blvd. and between the Westover Road and the Windsor Road exits.
