First Organizational meeting:
For the 2008 trek, the first organizational meeting
was held Wednesday February 14, 2007. Turnout was great and it

Meeting Location:
Most of our organizational meetings will be at
Tarrytown United Methodist Church in Austin. Because of the number of people
attending, they are often in Room 101 a/b. This room is on the lowest
level of the new education wing. Use the entrance on
McCullough (through the breezeway between the new and old sections).
Enter the new education wing and take the elevator or stairs down to the lowest or "basement"
level. 101 a/b is on the north side of the hallway. Meeting notices will specify the
exact location. Tarrytown
United Methodist Church is located at 2601 Exposition Blvd. It is west
of Mopac Blvd. and between the Westover Road and the Windsor Road exits.
