The presentations are created with PowerPoint 2007. They
are saved here as PowerPoint 2003 format ".ppt" files. They
may be viewed with earlier versions of PowerPoint however the animations may not
work correctly. You may download a copy of the PowerPoint 2007 Viewer
directly from Microsoft by clicking the button below. This "viewer" allows
you to view PowerPoint 2007 presentations without having PowerPoint 2007
installed on your system.

information that they can use to organize their crew and prepare for the trek.

Meeting Location:
Most of our organizational meetings will be at
Tarrytown United Methodist Church in Austin. Because of the number of people
attending, they are often in Room 101 a/b. This room is on the lowest
level of the education wing. Use the entrance on
McCullough (through the breezeway between the new and old sections).
Enter the new education wing and take the elevator or stairs down to the lowest or "basement"
level. 101 a/b is on the north side of the hallway. Meeting notices will specify the
exact location. Tarrytown
United Methodist Church is located at 2601 Exposition Blvd. It is west
of Mopac Blvd. and between the Westover Road and the Windsor Road exits.
