Click on the button below to see how your crew is doing on getting its paperwork turned in.  Red is BAD!  You can't leave Austin for Philmont if there is any missing or incomplete information for your crew.	Please complete the Crew Emergency Contact list and give to the Contingent Advisor no later than the final Contingent meeting.  The Crew Advisor should also keep a copy of the form with the Crew documentation.  This form provides emergency contact information for the participant.	Click on the button below to see how our contingent is divided demographically.  The information is based on the crew lists provided by the Crew Advisors.

• Click the crew's expedition number for more information about the crew, status of its paperwork, etc.  

• Click on the advisor's name to send an e-mail to the Crew Advisor. 

• Click on the confirmed itinerary number for a printable description of the Crew's itinerary.

Each crew should use its assigned Expedition number (627-B-nn or 627-B-nn) on any correspondence with the Council or Philmont.  Mail addressed to crew members must include the Expedition number.
