Contingent Meeting 1:
The first organizational meeting for the contingent was held

The purpose of this meeting was to familiarize
all of the contingent crews with what they
should expect and prepare for to participate
with the Council’s Philmont contingent.

Meeting Location:
Most of our organizational meetings will be at
Tarrytown United Methodist Church in Austin. Because of the number of people
attending, they are often in Room 101 a/b. This room is on the lowest
level of the education wing. Use the entrance on
McCullough (through the breezeway between the new and old sections).
Enter the new education wing and take the elevator or stairs down to the lowest or "basement"
level. You may also enter directly in the lower level at the northwest
corner of the building if the door is unlocked. 101 a/b is on the north side of the hallway. Meeting notices will specify the
exact location.
Tarrytown
United Methodist Church is located at 2601 Exposition Blvd. It is west
of Mopac Blvd. and between the Westover Road and Windsor Road exits.
