CREW EMERGENCY CONTACT LIST

Please complete the Crew Emergency Contact list.  Provide the Contingent Advisor a copy of it as quickly as possible; updates may be submitted as changes occur.  It must be turned in and complete no later than the final Contingent meeting.  The Crew Advisor should also keep a copy of the form with the Crew documentation.  This form provides emergency contact information for the participants.  It is also used to print the Crew's Philmont Crew Roster form.

Each crew should use "Philmont 2011" and its assigned Expedition number (625-D-nn or 625-D-nn) on any correspondence with the Council or Philmont. 
Mail addressed to crew members while at Philmont must include the Expedition number.
