Resource Allocation Service Delivery (RASD) Task Force

The Resource Allocation Service Delivery Task Force was a committee established in the summer of 2006 to study how the Capitol Area Council was providing service to units through the council's districts and develop a set of recommendations for improvement.

The RASD Task Force was made up of volunteers with support from the Council's professional staff.  The volunteers asked to be on the task force all have the following characteristics:

  • Have a strong background in Scouting program delivery.
  • Have all been unit leaders.
  • Have all been District Chairs.
  • Are currently involved in the Scouting program at the Council level.
  • Do not have any current district affiliations.
